At the first floor are 2 bedrooms with south facing balconies, each sleeps 3, and one bathroom. The ground floor has a living room and a kitchen with dining table. It has a large veranda with table and 3 benches. Its privat garden is part of the court yard with pergola.
Casa Noce prices are calculated per night from €162 to €200 plus consumables (extra electricity consumption, pet fee, local tourist tax). Weekly discount (7 nights or more) is 10%. The rental price includes the costs for set bedlinen (+1 towel), electricity for the house, water, gas, garden and pool keep up and the final clean. There is a damage deposit of €300 to be paid upfront.
